It is my birthday for a couple more hours. :) I spent the day working and having a head cold. I need to schedule myself a make-up birthday!

Done done done done done. It has been way too long since I wrote a proper application up. I MAY WANT TO THINK TWICE BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANOTHER. (I already have a vague concept and a journal for a Dawson/Verity spawn though.)

We have a nine page list of request items from the FDIC (all of which take ~10-30 minutes on simple things to complete) and my name is on at least half the items. Ugh ugh ugh. I love audit prep (which is good because you can sneeze and another auditor will have shown up in the banking industry) for giving me something different to do, but this one is kind of the MEGAGODZILLA of audits. And if all I had to do all day was devote myself to audit prep, it would be an entirely different matter. Luckily it only happens every three years. :|

Sometimes I am tempted to do something banking related at Wiztech, but then I realize I would probably cry if I spent my entire day thinking about banking. :[

I have started to fill out molliwog. And by fill out, I mean copy and paste everything from Lucy's profile that is the same. This sadly makes me feel like I have made a lot of progress(!!!).

But, lemme see if I can remember my notes, that I write in my head at useful times like AT WORK or FALLING ASLEEP.

Thank you, Sunni, for alerting me that Dawson had been deleted! I had ignored that spam of messages assuming that IJ was only deleting the random accounts I had registered and never used. Boo. I rescued Heather and Emmeline also. I'll have to see if there are any other accounts to go save.

Apparently haven't posted here since October of 2009. I'm not really sure what to even say. I've been working for a community bank for three years now and was named Assistant Controller this past March, making me the #2 person in the accounting department company-wide. I'm also supposed to be studying to finally get my CPA, but I keep putting off applying to be allowed to sit for the exams (it's a frustrating system, and I might not actually qualify, since my degree is Actuarial Science, not Accounting.) Most recently, my excuse was being stuck on jury duty for two weeks. Now I'm looking at two audits in the next two months, a regulatory report filing, uhhh. It never ends. I really just need to suck it up and get the ball rolling on all that. :[

On the RP front, I was involved in a weekly d20 tabletop game, but I'm on a permanent hiatus from that. Working with burrito on an original setting d20 concept, but it's all world building, not actual playing.

Are there any lighthearted games out there right now, along the lines of Betwixt? I do find myself missing online gaming, but I know I don't have the time for anything Serious.

My best friend got married today. It was awesome. Yaaaaay.

My mother took ~100 photos, apparently, so photos of new glasses and stuff should be appearing soon.

The groom's grandmother randomly came up to me and told me that I look like Sarah Palin. I love my new glasses anyway.

I am considering dusting off my facebook account. But mostly so I can play the Heroes game.

Wedding was really, really, really nice.

Going to the zoo today with my niece and nephew! :D

Yay! First day of school at Hogwarts! I need to make posts later on today. If anyone wants to do anything with Rhiannon, Meriwether, or Ambrose let me know. :O

Feel free to pick a current ship, complete crack, or even one we've played or discussed that out and I'll do a variation of sorts.

Oh, hell, why not. It might be interesting to see how people I have played with since BE view my trends versus people who have known my characters for years.

Without looking at my current and past character directories, what patterns do you associate with my roleplaying? For example, with Harry Potter RPing, this can include things like gender, house, blood status, physical details, PBs, family, personalities, eras, specific characters, etc.

As an FYI, I am resetting the holds on the student character list on Friday, so if you have any outstanding holds of characters you still want to play and don't want others to play, please get their applications in ASAP. From that point on, holds will last for a week."

According to the Lexicon/DH: "Lavender is gravely injured in the final battle against Voldemort and the Death Eaters after being blown off a high balcony and being attacked by Fenrir Greyback, but Hermione saves her by hitting Greyback with a Stunning Spell. At that point, she is moving feebly, though it is unknown if she ultimately survives the battle."

I know that she survives in BNW canon since Brandon's app references her. Is she a werewolf now?
